Model je izra\u0111en u alatu SOLIDWORKS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> te je modeliran, simuliran i testiran u alatu MagNet. Motor je izra\u0111en nakon preliminarnih testiranja. Budu\u0107i da se radi o nestandardnom industrijskom rje\u0161enju, dijelovi motora su morali biti proizvedeni u vlastitoj izradi. Stator i rotori izra\u0111eni su metodom 3D ispisa dok su jezgre, distantni prsteni, vratilo i le\u017eajevi izra\u0111eni od hladno valjanog \u010delika. Koriste se neodimijski magneti i bakrena lak \u017eica za svitke. Svi dijelovi su spojeni te su zatim testirani.
